Shipping: Free on orders $500+. Otherwise, shipping never exceeds 10% of your order total.

Common Questions
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Our formulas are designed for sensitive skin. No parabens, no sulfates, no harsh synthetics. That said, we always recommend patch testing with new clients, especially those with known sensitivities or allergies.
Do you offer unscented options?
Yes. Most of our professional products are available unscented for clients sensitive to fragrance. Essential oil scented versions work well for aromatherapy services.
Can I get custom scents or formulations?
Yes. Custom formulations start at $300-500 and include multiple samples to choose from. We can also create signature scents for your spa. Learn more about custom formulation.
What's the shelf life on professional sizes?
Gallon products last 12 months unopened. Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality. Bar soaps last 12-18 months.
Do you offer private labeling for spa retail?
