Getting Started

Apply for a wholesale account. Fill out our application form with your business information and tax ID or resale certificate. We review applications within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you'll have full access to wholesale pricing and online ordering.

We work with retail boutiques, spas, hotels, B&Bs, wineries, and other businesses looking for quality bath and body products. If you're not sure whether your business qualifies, apply anyway. We'll be in touch.

Order Minimums

First order: $300 minimum Reorders: $150 minimum Per product: 5 units of each scent or variety

You can mix and match across product types, but each individual item needs to hit the 5-unit minimum. For example: 5 Lavender bars + 5 Lemon Verbena bars + 5 Oatmeal Milk & Honey lotions works.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is visible after your account is approved. Pricing varies by product type and business category. Log in to see your rates.

Payment: Credit card for new accounts. Net-15 or Net-30 terms available for established accounts with order history.

Production & Lead Times

We make most orders fresh. This isn't a warehouse operation.

Bar soap: 4 weeks (includes cure time) Liquid products, lotions, skincare: 1-2 weeks In-stock items: Ships within 3-5 business days when available

Shipping

Local delivery: Free within 30 miles of Medford, Oregon Orders $500+: Free shipping All other orders: Actual shipping cost, capped at 10% of your order total

We ship via USPS and UPS. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Custom Labeling

Want your own brand on our products? We offer private label manufacturing with your logo and label design.

Setup fee: One-time charge covers label design coordination and production setup Minimums: Flexible. No large quantity requirements. Lead time: 3-4 weeks from approval
